What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager with an ownership mindset to lead our team and represent our concept. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend the majority of your time working alongside staff while ensuring operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including financial performance, team leadership, and customer service. You’ll directly manage a team of 25-35 staff members and ensure the restaurant delivers great food, great service, and a great experience every day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training staff
  • Mentoring and developing Shift Supervisors
  • Providing daily feedback, coaching, and ongoing training
  • Creating and managing staff schedules
  • Driving employee engagement and morale
  • Overseeing cleanliness, repairs, and facility maintenance
  • Upholding a culture of excellence through leadership and example
  • Running great shifts that result in operational success

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
  • 2+ years of General Manager experience or significant Assistant Manager experience
  • Fast-casual restaurant background strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, food handling, and customer service

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $65,000–$72,000/year
  • Quarterly performance bonuses (up to 10% of salary)

Pay: $67,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
